Production Officer, Beverage & Agro Foods

About This Role

RIM Beverage & Agro Foods Ltd. is looking for a Production Officer to run shift operations on the bottling and packaging lines. You will keep output, hygiene and quality targets on plan while maintaining accurate batch records.

Responsibilities

  • Run assigned production shifts and meet daily output targets
  • Monitor line parameters, changeovers and downtime, and act on deviations
  • Ensure GMP, food-safety and hygiene standards are followed on the floor
  • Maintain batch manufacturing records and shift handover reports
  • Coordinate with quality, maintenance and store teams to keep the line running

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Food Technology or Chemistry
  • 2+ years on a beverage, dairy or FMCG production line
  • Understanding of GMP, HACCP and basic food-safety principles
  • Comfortable working in rotating shifts
  • Good record-keeping and team-coordination skills
